Overseeing brand consistency across 35+ retail locations — from in-store campaigns and digital marketing to seasonal promotions — took teamwork, hard work, and strong processes. During my 6 years, I balanced storytelling with scalability, creating systems that streamlined production for a small but mighty creative team.
Scaling Creativity: What I Learned at Dell
Working with the Dell Brand Team was my first experience inside a large enterprise environment. During my contract, I collaborated closely with project managers, copywriters, associate creative directors, and leadership to create production-ready assets for events and digital marketing. I learned the power of scale, systems thinking, and how strong design operations can unlock creativity in fast-paced environments.
