Simplifying Office Hours Calendar Registration Flow
Virtual Classroom Calendar, 2022
Project Overview
The Virtual Classroom provides daily to monthly views of live and on-demand classes and office hours for SolarWinds product owners. While originally tasked with only converting the calendar from a popup to a full page, I used the opportunity to explore and streamline the registration process.
Although the project design was approved, due to changing business priorities, development was placed on hold.

Drawing on my prior experience with web accessibility, I proactively raised awareness within my organization about the importance of inclusive design and compliance. While initial changes were not implemented, my earlier efforts laid the groundwork for future action. When accessibility compliance became a priority a year later, I was entrusted with leading the initiative, guiding the team, and assigning tasks to ensure a seamless and efficient implementation process.
